She works with major corporations and small businesses across multiple industries including healthcare, insurance, and IT. Her strength is analyzing business problems, identifying the root cause(s), and then creating the appropriate training solution that that resolves the issue long-term. Linda is passionate about enabling employees to grow their knowledge, skills, and abilities to achieve their personal and professional goals.
She ensures her participants learn and have a great time doing it. Linda is a regular contributor in the field of Learning & Development as a speaker at conferences and as a contributor for TD magazine. Her Udemy course on how to train for non-trainers has helped people in over 86 countries.
Linda is also a mother of two, a board member of her local Association of Talent Development chapter, and served as a city council member in 2020-2022.
